Fresh from their culinary travels through Italy, long-time friends and rival chefs Alessandro Pavoni and Giovanni Pilu reunite for a special edition of the Rivalry Dinner, celebrating the distinct flavours and traditions of Tuscany and Venice.

While Pilu at Freshwater kicks off the series with Tuscany on Sunday, November 15, you can book your seats here for the Venetian edition at Ormeggio at The Spit on Friday, November 27. At each event, both chefs will take to the kitchen, each preparing two courses inspired by the region, for a collaborative four-course menu that brings the best of both chefs to the table.

$140 per person, with matched wines available for an additional $85 per person.

The regular à la carte and sharing menus will not be available for this special event.

Credit card details are required to secure all bookings. No-shows, cancellations within seven days of the event, or reductions in guest numbers of more than 50% will incur a $140 per person fee, based on the last confirmed guest numbers.
