Yes, we do! Many items on our menu are gluten-free or can be modified to accommodate gluten-free dietary needs. Just let your staff know on the day, or even better, let us know in your booking notes at the time of booking. Please note the shape of the pasta may differ from what is listed on the menu if a gluten free version is substituted, as not all pasta shapes are prepared with gluten-free flour. Please note that, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free experience.

Why do you charge a weekend and public holiday surcharge?

A 10% surhcarge applies on Saturday and Sunday, and a 15% public holiday surcharge applies to the final bill on public holidays. We want to be transparent — weekends are our busiest times, and staff are entitled to higher penalty rates. The surcharge simply ensures we can look after our team fairly, while continuing to deliver the level of service and quality our guests expect.
