Join us for a more intimate cooking class with a maximum of 20 guests. Chef Alessandro Pavoni joins forces with award-winning sommelier, Giorgio Di Maria, to present a 3-course dinner (including dessert) with matched wines. After a brief cooking demonstration you'll work in pairs under Alessandro's guidance to prepare three delicious northern Italian dishes. Then sit down with Alessandro and Giorgio to enjoy your meal and discuss the food and wine matches.
