ABOUT USWe, Alessandro Pavoni and Fraser Guthrie, have been working together almost continuously since we met in 2004. Our dream since then has always been to open a waterfront restaurant together serving fine food, in a professional yet friendly style. We have both had success running our respective sections in various establishments both in Sydney and overseas. Both of us have more than 10 years experience each, an actual combined years of experience totalling almost 35 years in such varied hospitality outlets such as one, two and three Michelin starred restaurants, bars, cafes, function centres, family restaurants, and most recently the five star acclaimed hotel, the Park Hyatt Sydney.
